You may not be able to stop your body from aging but you can actually make yourself look young and healthy even as you age. Here are six tips on how to maintain that youthful and firm body.

Stop using Harsh Creams And Soaps:
Any beauty soap or cream that contain harsh chemical compositions and do not contain sun protection will only damage your skin more.Choose only beauty soaps or creams that suit your skin and contain sunblock,if they do not,you should get on
Drink Water: Lots Of Water:
Drinking 8 glasses of water at most every day is highly recommended, due to our daily activities that tend to drain us at the end of the day,the body needs to regain the fluid it has lost. Water aids the digestion process in the human body, it keeps the organs hydrated and in good working conditions, it expels wastes from the body and helps to keep your skin glowing and youthful.

Reduce Stress:
Stress is unavoidable but can be managed because stress causes your body to loose its natural balance and then impairs the secretion of hormones in the body. There are various ways to manage stress e.g. Exercises, Yoga, listening to music, rest, take time off everything else and give your body the rest it requires.All these will help increase blood flow and boost your energy.

Facials:
If you love natural facial treatments. You can make your own facial mask with any fruit you love, you can mix (pawpaw), the fruit enzyme in it helps to reduce melanin deposits and also removes dried out skin. You could use Aloe Vera,the gel in the plant can be smeared on the face, Aloe Vera helps get rid of facial lines,wrinkles and slows down the aging process.It can also be mixed with other facials to get a good facial result. Natural Skincare
Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together.
If your skin is excessively oily, mix in a few drops of eau de cologne. This not only helps keep oiliness away but also helps in refining the pores of the skin by acting as astringent, thereby preventing acne.
Some Home Remedies for Oily Skin:
The following home remedies are very useful and are free from side effects. Use it for clean and clear skin:
• Apply paste of a ripe tomato without its pulp all over your skin. Wait for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with plain water. Apply this treatment on your skin twice every week to remove excess oil.
• Apply a mix of mint juice and rose water all over your face. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This will keep your skin feel fresh and clean all day long.
• Equally mix cucumber and lime juice and put it on your face or on our skin. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with Luke warm water or cold water.
• Make a paste of clean Holy Basil leaves and apply it on your paste. This is a good remedy for drying up pimples.
• Rub pulp of papaya on your face or on your oily skin. Leave it for sometime. Wash it off with water. Do it every 2 to 3 days to make your face free of pimples or acne and make your skin glow.
• Apply thin slices of apples on your skin to control oily shines.
• Before applying makeup, apply juice of cucumber on those areas of your face which are more prone to produce oil

like forehead, chin, or on your nose and prevent yourself from looking patchy.

GET THE RIGHT DIET FOR OILY SKIN

Diet for Oily Skin
Take a diet rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.
Take plenty of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits.

Have your blood brought up to par by the suitable administration of necessary vitamins, iron and similar substances.
Even a slight deficiency in vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. Nutritional yeast, wheat germ and organ meats provide both vitamin B5 and vitamin B2. Other good sources of vitamin B2 are whole grains, beans, nuts, and royal jelly. Buckwheat, black beans and whole rice are excellent to supply the body with iron and rejuvenate pate skin.
Drink plenty of quality water to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins.


Reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Avoid pork and fried and highly seasoned foods. Consume no animal fats, or heat-processed vegetable oils.


Do not cook with oil. Do not eat any oils that have been subjected to heat, whether in processing or cooking.

If a little oil is necessary, such as in salad dressing, use cold-pressed canola or olive oil only.
Do not drink soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Avoid sugar, chocolate, and junk food.
