The little girl was caught by the surveillance camera. She came in with an older girl but to me, seems it was well planned as the older girl seems to shield her from the view of the shop attendant. Immediately she stole the it and was about keeping it in her pant, she quickly and smartly went to the back of the lady she came with to properly hide it

A small girl for that matter, and am sure this may not be the first time because she seemed so smart the way she went about it (as seen in the video)!
