Its DAvido, O.B.O crooner THA’Bleep did he do that for?

It was all over the web, yesterday, Davido – Versace, as usual after he dropped smashing hits this year (one of a kind, Gobe, Kalo

connect) I expected to hear something of same kind..then I heard the song, then I was speechless. Why should davido play with the

Nigerian Entertainment Industry that way. Yes, he literally played with the industry, Davido doesn’t Rap, if we say he wanted to experiment on

Rap music, as a singer he would have dropped something extra Dope (Chris Brown did that experiment and won a Grammy-

look at me now) yet he dropped a wacko version of VERSACE 51 seconds long. now he has to face the wrath for wacko music, at

least he can experience what the likes of Skales and Faze suffers.

The annoying aspect, we bloggers and music sites have refused to set a standard, we should brand the Nigerian entertainment industry

in a way that we can compete with other industries outside Africa. How can such song be posted on sites and even

had to trend, go and see the PRESS RELEASE of the song posted by this so called best websites in Nigeria. Topmusic sites in the U.S

yahoo music and pandora do not post crap on their sites, (remember the Rap freestyle by Prince of POP Justin Bieber, it went no

where because it didn’t meet up standards so they couldn’t post it regardless of the name (BIEBER)

ADVICE TO BLOGGERS

Regardless of the NAME, behind the artist, we should be more critical in assessing songs so that we could improve our industry,

we do not want to post songs like this because it was done by Davido and expect artist’s from other countries in Africa to fold

their hands and watch. they will simply push out their projects and claim to have a better industry than us. pls pls what is the idea -

in don’t tell me nonsense?

as for Davido, Now i know why Sina Rambo is wacko, let’s say the RAP music is not the type of music HKN should concentrate on,

He should apologise for letting down his fans and also bringing down the values in which other industries outside Nigeria has

for the Nigerian entertainment scene.

The song we criticizing was to lame for us to upload on our website so we are going to drop you with links to the song on the
