Responsibilities

Helping intending trainees make reservations and bookings
Confirming payments to the company account
Creation of financial reports including income statements and cash plans - using supplied formats and under supervision
Client communications and relations
Outward marketing presentations to prospective customers (corporate accounts)
Inward marketing presentations to prospective customers (individuals)
Generate new leads for prospective customers.
Conducting surveys and reporting
General administrative functions
