Job Description

Daluch Migration Consulting Pty is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager who has experience in dealing with corporate clients. In particular, we are seeking to appoint someone with solid experience in sales and marketing, preferably in services and solutions industry. The BDM will be solely responsible for generating sales and building key contacts primarily in Lagos and nearby states. The core focus of the role is to sell “Australia as a viable destination” for work and study opportunities and Daluch as a trusted partner to facilitate the Australian Dream.

You'll be dealing with high-flying corporate clients, affluent parents looking to send their wards overseas for study, professionals seeking to migrate to Australia.

Responsibilities will include:

 Develop viable leads and strategy to convert leads to sales
 Initiate targeted business development initiatives and marketing solutions to build a solid client base
 Identify efficient and revenue-generating advertising and marketing media
 Exploit sales-generating opportunities
 Implement strategic marketing plan, alliances
 Cultivate and manage relationship with Daluch Clients
 Ability to sell convincingly the attributes that separates Daluch from the pack
 Shared ownership of the Daluch 'Go to Market' strategy
 Creating and implementing a sales vision for the company portfolio
 Delivering dollar sales and goals according to set monthly targets

Experience and Skills Required

 Minimum 2-3 Years Post Graduation experience
 University Graduate
 Strong and articulate communication skills
 Skillful negotiating and presentation
 Previous sales or marketing experience is a Must.
 Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Reporting Line

 The Role would report directly to the Legal Counsel/Director based in Sydney, Australia.

Compensation

Base Salary + Sales Commission
