Which has a better investment bank in terms of pay, trainings etc

Until people know the reason for this question, many people with a good knowledge of the industry might keep mute..

Did you get an offer from both? Did someone close to you get an offer? Is the offer in Equity Research, Credit Research, Sales or Investment Banking? What level are you? I do not see how useful a fresh graduate will be to these companies, especially one of them that is known to poach people from other houses and pay them oil company salaries.

Perhaps a good response from you might make some of us to answer your questions.
