Dear Agents and Landlords... I need a one bedroom flat in Lekki 1 or 2 area of Lagos. Anything after the 4th round about from the Tollgate is unacceptable except its just that good to pass up. House must have; 1. Good road 2. fenced 3. Good public power supply history. 4. Water. 5. Security I want a spacious house. Preferably a new house. I will also consider Dolphin as well. NOTE: My budget is 800 - 1 million Naira for a 1 bedroom. Now I'll be willing to increase this should the house be worth it. 2 bedrooms that are affordable can also be presented. Should you have a house available, contact me via email here and I will respond to you. This request is very very urgent.. Mods.. Frontpage please if possible.. I am currently a refugee in Lagos. |

Omo men! Lagos prices are mad... Just found a place in Oniru.. A 2 bedroom flat, with 3 bathrooms. Fully serviced et al. Came with 3 air conditioning and some furniture. Pricey, but the best of all I saw. Totally good value for money (over double my initial maximum limit). Plus the landlord seems like a cool guy. Lekki phase one is highly over priced and the houses I saw (1 and 2 bedrooms) were total crap. . |

You may need to consider other areas outside the island with better proximity to the island, fairer pricing and better value for your money. A standard Miniflat in Surulere wouldn't exceed 4-500k and you'll reach your office even before people coming from Lekki considering traffic and distance factors. I hope you have secured accommodation by now.Just to let you that Oga Fash's brigade are working round the clock. Describing yourself as a refugee might not be too good for you considering the fact that your work uniform is tattered clothes,painted face and string of cowries. Pls be on the look out,you might find yourself at onitsha head bridge by 3am tomorrow morning. Let our dear governor do his job in peace. Lagos is full and not a place for a juju priest.
