The middle-aged man who was allegedly caught raping a chicken in Kenya was released Wednesday on a bond term of N183 272 by the Nyeri magistrate court. Paul Nderitu Kihia was released by Resident Magistrate John Aringo, pending trial slated to begin on August 20 after he denied the charges. Nderitu denied that on July 18, 2013 at Kigwandi village in Tetu district he raped a hen. The insident caused public outrage.
