Chief MKO Abiola’s daughter gave an interview for BBC recently. Completely moved, Dele Momodu took to Instagram to express his grief last Sunday: “This lady Dupe Abiola spoke about her father being detained when she was barely 12 and how he died in prison when she was 16″, he cried.  The message behind the image was powerful and we all took time to reflect on it. It in fact moved us to such extremes that we looked up to the heavens and cried: “Oh God, Oh God…Why has no one made memes off this?” This is our message to Nigerians: Do not let this be in vain. Let us hold this moment in our memories by immortalizing this picture. Let us make memes of this.        SOURCE |
