ABUJA WAS BUSH,FILLED WITH VILLAGERS AND MUD HOUSES EVERYWHERE,NONE HAD ACCESS TO PIPE-BORNE WATER.

THERE WERE FEW ROAD NETWORK,FEW VEHICLES AND SO. OUR POWER SUPPLY THEN WAS EVEN WORST

THEN CHINA WERE ALREADY EXPERIENCING UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY

What do u expect? When Pastors Bakare and Oritsejafor are thretening to stage a protest to ensure that the law legalizing the marriage of minors is removed from our constitution.
