There is a new technique used by armed robbers, kidnappers and car hijackers to rope in innocent people and escape from arrest themselves. They pick used recharge cards, and once they abandon the hijacked cars or dump the dead bodies of their kidnapped victims, they leave the already used cards in the car or at the scene. Stupid as it may sound and look, when crime investigators arrive, they are using the cards' serial numbers to track down the number that loaded the vouchers. As we speak, some very innocent people are in detention because of what they cannot explain. To be on the safe side, once you load airtime, make sure you destroy the card beyond recognition. You never can tell when you will have many questions and no answers. Please treat this seriously as it is difficult to prove your innocence, without detention, in homicide and robbery cases.
