But I am able to call any one with it.
I have make a SIM SWAP but nothing changes

this is slonge2, i issue hasn't been resolved. The ccR contacted me when i was aboard a bike, and i told him to call me back later but up till now i haven't heard from him.

Hi JideSm, I noticed a N200 deduction on 08XXXXXXXXX this evening. I haven't subscribed for anything that could warrant such deduction but I noticed i had 100mb of data which I think is the cause. I haven't even gotten any message up till this moment informing me of what happened. Please, I request a refund. i'm leaving ur MB untouched. You can wipe it but just refund me. Thanks in adv

In addition, please note that Blackberry legacy plans (BlackberryOS bundles- BBC, BIS ) are no longer available. Please follow the settings below in order to use the data plan on your blackberry device:
• From the menu of the device, go to ‘Options’
• From option, select ‘Device’
• Click on ‘Advanced System Settings’
• Scroll down to ‘TCP/IP’ and click on it

Hi Marvel1206, i sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Checks on your line confirmed that you were billed for 100MB 1-Day Data Plan @ N200. You currently have 42MB data balance. However, there is provision for auto-renewal deactivation, simply text NO113 to 131. Regards

There's a scheme I have been suffering from... EPL FOOTBALL. I have tried every approved and available short codes to stop this robbery, but sms sent never gets delivered.

I use a Bold5, MTN subscription. I've been having problems (for about 2 days now) sending messages on Whatsapp and BBM. The deadline is June 2017, is it not?
Customer Service thinks my APN is wrong and that I need a reset. It's something more.
Anyone who's resolved this issue should please share how.

then why didn't you guys communicate these things to customers?
i normally do 1 year subscription ahead so i wont have to worry about data all through the year, when was that changed?

why should i be a victim of lack of communication?

okay, i want change my last two subscriptions changed then.
i want it changed from 1000 for 1.5gb twice to 2000 for 3.5gb with my bonus.

for two whole weeks, mtn network has bn very poor. ppl can't call me, trying to browse is hell. av called severally and the same message is what I get to manually set my data services
