Get milo and peak full cream powdered milk.

Mix together with hot or cold water (make sure it is thick), add sugar and drink this first thing in the morning and after every meal.

You can also crumble cabin biscuit or Oreo biscuits inside it and have that as a midday or late night snack.

Do this for 3-6months, You will gain some weight

Milo is more creamy and dissolves better than bournvita. It also tastes better.

Malt and milk.... I do not think that would taste nice

If you stick to the milo combo faithfully for three months..... You will see changes.
