Beloved, in all we do, let's remember that Youwin reserves the right to continue or terminate the program. We were made to sign in agreement too. Let us not push the new management to invoke that clause. Let's tread carefully. God bless us all

quote author=Terry1 post=42747852]

Good job sir. I wish you strength for the meeting on 13th.

With all due respect sir, this ain't the time to say this. In few months time, you'd realize that we signed the legal agreement two years ago.

Let's push, press, pull and even bite the secretariat to know our disposition instead of them fooling (technically) 1500 great minds.

If they announce that the programme has been terminated, fine, at least we can rest from emotional tortures instead of waiting endlessly and hopelessly.

Rev Emma has put up a post for YouWiN 3 awardees on a facebook page "Arise Naija": the YouWiN awardees post that he posted on "Arise Naija" has attracted 4,460 viewers with 69 shares and 6 other Facebook groups have adopted it and share to their numerous members in the first 6 hours 10 minutes that he put it up on the Arise Naija group page. It is going viral already.
The groups that adopted and shared it to their numerous members are:
1. Nigerian Diaspora Political Awareness Group
2. APC-President Muhammad Buhari (PMB) Group Lagos Chapter
3. Lagos State Forum
4. Save Nigeria Group
5. Nigeria Talk
6. Nigerians Arise.

From now it will be difficult to monitor how the post is going viral because of the number of other groups that have shared it. We can only monitor the post reach on group, "Arise Naija".

Here is the link to the post.

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1663248510617958&id=1655634431379366

Please share the link with as many awardees as you know, so that they can continue to pass comments on the post. If we don't blow our trumpet, who will blow it for us?

MAIL FROM YOUWIN

Dear....
M&E ID ......

Sequel to the email sent on January 20, 2016 we are pleased to inform you that the YouWiN Secretariat now has the relevant codes to access the grant funds for the YouWiN! programme domiciled with the Central Bank of Nigeria. The programme has not been cancelled as some may have read in the media. Post award monitoring and the funds disbursement processes remain unchanged.

Disbursement of outstanding tranche 2 funds to eligible awardees has commenced. Awardees will continue to receive payments in batches over the next couple of weeks. Tranche 3 disbursement will continue when payment of tranche 2 has been finalized.
The Federal Ministry of Finance is still working to resolve the legal issues with Stanbic IBTC and UBA to ensure that they comply with the TSA directive. Once this directive has been fulfilled awardees’ in these banks will also be paid as they become eligible.

Finally, awardees are strongly advised to continue to be ambassadors of the programme. The YouWiN! Secretariat would like to remind you once again to use your grant funds judiciously and responsibly as you grow your YouWiN! funded business and employ other Nigerians. Any awardee caught defaulting on the obligations stipulated in the legal agreement signed with the Federal Government will be disqualified and reported to the relevant authorities for a full refund of the grant and further action.

If you have any questions about your disbursement, please send an email toyouwin_three@youwin.org.ng .

Thank you

Note:
Participation in YouWiN! is FREE for all components of the program, and has not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments for participation. Candidates and awardees are advised to make no payments to anybody on account of YouWiN! participation and are required to immediately contact the secretariat should anyone request payment

Yours,

YouWiN Programme.

N.B:
Please note that this email is sent without prejudice to the prerogative
of the Federal Government of Nigeria to withdraw, terminate or modify the
YouWiN Programme at any time without notice to you.

I hope we are warming up for the protest?
Re: Youwin Business Competition 2013 by Terry1(m): 8:22am On Feb 25, 2016
I don't understand why paying 200 awardees 2nd tranche should take a "couple of weeks" and then in batches! something is fishy somewhere. They want us to stop the protest. In my opinion, the protest should go as planned unless all 2nd tranche payment come this week and third tranche starts Monday.
We are being taken for fools for too long.

I thank all of you working so hard already for us to
get this far. God bless

#youwinprotest must go on, if second tranche payment doesn't finish this week and 3rd tranche starts Monday!
Re: Youwin Business Competition 2013 by Terry1(m): 8:51am On Feb 25, 2016
And I feel they want to reduce the number so that people protesting will be few thereby weak and of little effect on them
