My able friend, i urgently need your professional advise at this time, i am being offered a Senior Executive Assistant (permanent job) at Accion Micro finance but i am currently at UBA as a contract staff. The pay also is higher compare to what i currently earn.

I need house advise on what to do, is only that i am thinking of the job security when comparing a commercial bank and a micro finance.
