I'm a regular drinker of Kopi Luwak and recently I read an article in a newspaper which said that coffee drinking is injurious to health. I don't believe it. I think unless you drink too much coffee, you can't have any bad impact of caffeine. There are people who are addicted to coffee, not I'm. I drink only 3 cups of coffee every day. If you have any information about coffee effect on health then please share it with me. I'll appreciate it.

Some would argue that 3 cups a day is a bit much. You aren't yet up to my level yet so you are still good.

coffee is good but to an extent.i wuld av preferred u take Edmark ginseng coffee,its very rejuvenating and has no side effects besides u dnt need to worry about d caffeine
