Have you noticed that almost 16 channels are missing and no official explanation for this? I'm really angry because most of the channels i need are not available i.e sound city, ajezera, bbc, etc.. Any official complaint site or forum  Multi-choice are really taking us for granted... besides, i did a rescan an reset, i got 88 channels, mostly the channels are from Startimes. But out of that 88 channels 15 are showing, 1 from startimes and others from from DSTV... The most excruciating path is that soundcity is not in my 88 channel list, i.e even if they happen to restore all channels, i won't be able to view em... why  Note: My antenna signal strength is 76 to 81%2 Likes |

I have d same situation here too I was getting like 5 channels and then called the Customer Care the lady asked me to rescan I did so and I got 3 startimes channels.Called the customer care and they had nothing good to say. So bad! |

Same here o, I have not been getting channels on my GOTV for a couple of weeks now! I called their office to complain, I was told I have to make sure the signal strength of my antenna must be above 45% for me to scan and get the channnels. I have bought extra cables, paid technician, move the antenna to the highest possible position to no avail, it is not going above 30%. Please, if anybody has same problem and have resolved it somehow, please put me through! My subscription is burning awway o. 1 Like |

I an experiencing the same too i only have 19 channels on my own decoder |

Am experiencing same problem here too.infact am sick and tired of it.An official compalin has to be made to the appropriate authority. |

Use Dstv. It's ok and I watch matches, movies... In fact everytin. Channels r even too many and its phcn dat doesn't allow one to enjoy it. |
