Goldenheart: i ve been drawing since when i was a child...
Till now am still learning... For over 40 days now, ve been drawing everyday just to get better than 1hr ago... Until i get my drawing pen (15k); i will stick to biros
bought mine 13k in 2007, you could buy ink pens with refill to make your drawing really better. Biro is kind of just there, refil pens that keep pouring ink as long as the tip is on paper will help your have very light hands and draw your lines fast because if you delay, it will ruin your drawing and before you know it, you are drawing really fast. I really haven't drawn in a long time.

Keep up the good job.

This is my sketch on my Samsung Galaxy Note II using the S-pen and sketchbook app.

I have been drawing comic books, strictly super heroes, since childhood and still drawing.

Just currently finishing up my latest comic book in my free time.

If your long term goal is to develop full length comics, I will advice you try using Nigerian/African themes because, these will appeal to a wider audience than the everyday action hero story line that is already over-flogged; people simply want to see original content, it doesn't matter whether they are in Nigeria or in China. Secondly, I think this will make it a lot easier for you to draw inspiration from your immediate environment probably using everyday scenes of the typical day-to-day happenings on Nigerian streets.

Regarding your drawings, I think you should you should try not to make your colour shades too dark, so that your pen lines can be appreciated a lot more. Very good job all the same.

exactly!! Yeh jus like super strikers, with milo, mr biggs, surulere, typical naija streets and all, there is this unique connection it establishes with the readers. Thats why it was a huge success.

2s£xy:
I know that feeling... I used to love drawing but Naija kills talent a lot.

I know of a guy that did far better than the op, but he has stopped years ago.

When I mean good cartoon features, I am talking about something you could find in marvel comics back in the days. That guy is extremely good.

However, tell your bro to do some research on the internet. I am pretty sure he could find something. There talented people but lack marketing skills to showcase their talents.

Honestly, talent is not enough...

Thanks 2sexy.
I'll do that...
