Their ploy is simple: Internet Fraudsters create fake Facebook accounts in the name of the Controller-General of the Nigerian Customs, Dikko inde Abdullahi.
Job seekers or their friends and families are therefore deceived into believing they are chatting with the ‘’Controller General of Customs or other customs officers, they sometimes refer you to another fraudulent officer in the public relation Unit, Human resource Department or any department of the service for job employment in exchange for a certain fee which they sometimes call, administrative or form fee.
