People have drawn attention to this phrase, saying that it is not fair for a Nigerian graduate.

It says 'a maximum' of 2 years experience, not a minimum. So it means anything between 0-2 years, a fresh graduate that has just finished NYSC can apply.

Where is our attention to detail and analysis skills of simple sentences? Smh.
