2. Connect ur phone to an internet enabled pc.

3. Search Google 4 Pegasus Asha709 wifi HOTsPOT.

4. Download it and install. U r gud to go.

5. To use it, place ur phone within a range the sPOT of HOT wifi. Download any thing u want, even TV SETS, I mean tv series,etc

l did it 4 ma friend using Asha 200 and is working fine. Just #7,500 phone engineers charge to do it.

dear op, Wi-Fi cannot be enabled on a device through a software...... it's a hardware issue. it's just like asking whether Bluetooth and 3G can be downloaded on a Nokia 3310.
