1. for number 1, most guys knw dey ar hansome and der is no need for dem to put der pix, its nt by force, look at nairaland 90% of peeps here dnt put der real pictures, so dnt complain.
2. nt every guy does dat but wen d tin hold u and u see bush u no go sharpaly go release am.
3. no guy would forget to take his bath unless he wants to stay indoor all day but would still take his bath b4 he sleeps.

5. wen u see a nyc shoe or watch wont u stare at it and tink should i buy dis or nt.
6. nt only guys do dis gals ar also guilty.

1. Taking time to rotate pictures of beautiful women on their DPs without ever deeming it fit to upload theirs.
Response: Yeah, you’re very correct here, men enjoy looking a lot…in fact, men are visual beings. They get more moved by what they see while women are moved by what they hear (imagination, reason most get played by smooth talkers).

2. Urinating everywhere and anywhere, including beside the road.
Response: I hate this with passion, I condemn it everyday…and I once said that if I had my way as a president, would put a disciplinary action plus fine on this because it makes our environment dirty, smelly and downgrades the image of men.

3. Forgetting to have their bath on weekends, public holidays and after sports.
Response: This is FALLACY! If any does it, they must be teenage boys or day pay laborers.

4. Keeping bushy armpits, staining their shirts with sweat...and still offering a protective hug...yuck!
Response: Very true…and common amongst traders, laborers and technical guys, and it sucks. Even their fellow guys do condemn those with such dirty habit.

5. Drooling and staring at women, especially when they pass by or are seated next to them.
Response: Like I said earlier, men enjoy looking at beautiful things a lot. Its not common to just Nigerian men, it is common to all men, irrespective of their race, background or class. Didn’t you saw the viral photographs of President Obama staring deliciously at Thailand’s pretty Prime Minister last year, when Obama visited Thailand?

Even Pastors, Top Male Presenters, Celebrities, etc are all guilty of this crime of staring/looking at beautiful women’s bosom and backside. So you are right, but blame on nature…lol….

6. Bragging about any little accomplishment...their fathers' houses, fathers' cars- most times, accomplishments that are never theirs. The funny one is when they go as far as bragging about a celebrity or sports person...you'd hear something like; "Dbanj, that guy is bad! He has this, he has that...mehn....!..." And they go on and on and on as if the person in question is their elder brother

Response: Men are achievers. In fact, they derive their greatest joy in achieving success- financial success, cars, houses, business, just name it…and because of their natural drive for success, they just can’t stop themselves from telling people around them even unconsciously most times.

It is not just peculiar to Nigerian guys alone, it is a global wahala for men…didn’t you watched Titanic and saw how Rose’s husband bragged about his wealth? If you happen to have some foreign male friends, you will also discover this in them, it is only few men who are naturally blessed with total humility and grace not to brag or talk about their or other people’s success.

But in all, it is not a good practice…nice observation…guys una don hear from the cow’s mouth abi? Lol

7. Wearing dirty and smelly stockings. If some guys remove their legs from their shoes...oh, goodness...you'd feel like throwing up! Singlets and boxers are also worn for days and indeed, weeks!
Response: VERY VERY IRRITATING!!!!! Gosh!!!! I personally hate, in fact, DISGUST this, even imagining it alone is disturbing…pls skip this. Guys who are victim of this should please learn na…na wa o….even comedians have used this same issue to yab guys over and over and yet, guys refused to improve…I wonder if there still exist guys that fall victim of this sha….

8. Staying glued to their gadgets, especially computer games. Some guys are so addicted that they play till their thumbs hurt from the game pads, only for them to add plaster and still continue with the game...highly irrational!
Response: Hmmmm….I must confess that I am a victim of this! Yes, I am…and even my immediate elder brother too is…at a point, my mom became tired cos she will be pleading for us to stop just to eat….lol…I thank God for rescuing me….lol…..maybe because I don’t have a playmate now, though I still play alone o….game…game…I wonder what oyimbo put inside that thing, especially soccer…

And I am sure 70% of guys all over the world, young, old, poor, rich, unemployed and employed are guilty of this game addiction! May God help us all on this o…e no easy at all.

9. Bringing a spoon when another guy is eating and joining in without permission, all in the name of "my guy"!
Response: common amongst students. But it shows love, true friendship…that’s mainly why they do it because I remember when I was in school…and was living alone off campus in a big mansion, honestly, I never enjoyed my stay…I will manage to cook, but can’t eat it cos no appetite until my friends visited, and just seeing them crave and fight casually for spoon and position always sparked up my hunger and appetite for my abandoned food.

This made me to make a decision not to stay alone during my final year cos I wanted to mix up and unwind with friends, so I collected money to live alone, but ended up living with 3 close friends, and it was fun all the way….lolz….always miss those days….as we all are now very far apart….ocean drive…life.

10. Taking pride in carefree and self-done electrical connections....wires joined with wires with no sort of taping or soldering. As long as it can conduct electricity, any connection does not necessarily have to be decent.
Response: Very true and bad conduct. But I don’t think any guy that passed through higher institution (Polytechnic or Uni) and probably studied engineering would dare this cos its an unsafe practice…and SAFETY department frowns at this.

It has killed and injured so many guys….and worst of, they like doing it when they see girls around, remembered one in school then…he is always at ladies’ service, to fix their fans, etc for free..and even bragged about being untouchable by electricity, I always pitied and prayed for him cos he was truly ignorant. Thanks for this exposure….nice one.

11. Having no definition of personal property...an average guy can share even a toothbrush!
Response: This one is just your imagination dear. No guy does this….I can bet my nairaland handle on this…lol

12. Killing themselves over football and its induced arguments...worse still, attaching themselves possessively to foreign football clubs and saying words like "We have bought Mikel Obi" as if Chelsea coach knows they exist...!
Response: It is a common habit amongst men of all race, age, class and background. Men love football and sports in general. You need to see or know how much some wealthy guys squander in the name of playing golf that they derive nothing but that mental and physical exercise.

In fact, football is an OPIUM for all men, and you can’t take it away from them…besides, becoming a leader starts from following and cheering leaders. Lionel Messi was so obsessed with football even while he was growing up….they said he carried football to school and while other kids played around, he stayed glued to his football…and today, you know the rest…

So dear, if it was possible, so many men would have ended up footballers playing on the pitch…but since we all can’t play the game at the same time, some resort to spectators cheering others with passion and joy…and remember, people also cheer them in their own respective fields- some are musical artistes, bloggers, web masters, public speakers, industrialists, traders, drivers, dancers, etc, and they all also have followers who cheer and stand by them…so it is just a way of life, and it doesn’t corrupt the mind like watching useless movies and romance films and reality shows that teach women all sorts of bad habits and also corrupt their so many women’s minds…and this is what women prefer to sports and news.
