Lagos Nigeria is the 137th most livable city in the world. At least its still livable we are just no 137. *jokes* grin

Top ten countries:

1. Melbourne, Australia, 97.5

2. Vienna, Austria, 97.4

3. Vancouver, Canada, 97.3

4. Toronto, Canada, 97.2

=5. Calgary, Canada, 96.6

=5. Adelaide, Australia, 96.6

7. Sydney, Australia, 96.1

8. Helsinki, Finland, 96.0

9. Perth, Australia, 95.9

10. Auckland, New Zealand, 95.7

Vancouver is only livable if you have boat loads of money. The rental rates and mortgages are ridiculously overpriced, but its a really beautiful city to visit.

Sydney, Perth and Vienna on my mind.

Shine ur eyes before you both sink into the ocean of *******. 140 cities were ranked and the report just shows the first 10 cities and the 137th city. I still can't understand how ur brains interpreted this simple report to mean that New-York, Paris etc are not livable.

Anyway, why should I even expect much from someone who thinks England and Singapore are cities?
