Infact, we all exploded and it took me time to get back on shape.
I hv since stopped it with other medemede
Hard for them(family)to adjust cos we were constantly fighting why there should be no juice on d table or pizza or red meat.
It has paid off and all hv adjusted.
Remaining my very stubborn FIL.

Chillisauce:

try and start eating more of sea food. Start with fish, shrimps, squid, snails etc. You can do it, although i still eat once a while doing some get together but i have reduced it a lot. I dont feel it now except i see some barbecued ribs . But then again, i just try to avoid it.

Now my digestive system is on track.

I will soon start ratio 7:3. 70percent veggies and fish, while 30percent carbs.
After few weeks and see how it goes.


note: its been just 2days for me , but the first day they say its the hardest

cococandy: I like fish. I manage shrimps. I can't be caught dead eating squid and I dislike snails.
I can't imagine not eating meat
But I'll veggies and fish for a while though. Let's see how it goes. Thanks
