The rerun local government election in Offa local Government area of kwara state has just come to an end and result announced also. it would be recalled that the election of the former Chairman in person of Prince Saheed Poppola was annuled by a court in ilorin. The rerun was between Prince Saheed Popoola of APC and Prince Waheed Olanipekun PDP. the final of result is as follows. APC-11526 PDP-4668: meanwhile, the PDP candidate has been declared winner by the KWASIEC. |

the election was free and fair with massive turnout despate P.D.P treat during there campaign with d use of armournision to scare people away frm voting. But trust my people they came out in mass to vote for candidate of there choice in offa l.g 3rd re-run election in the council. |

I tot a new political party cannot field a candidate until after 90 days of registration. is that not what cross rivers electoral commission said its in INEC's constitution. |

I knew that APC would be a threat to PDP. They've started from level 1(LGA) and soon, they will be in the highest level (presidential seat). Its APC vs. PDP this coming 2015. |
