Since yesterday I have been waiting for my free 15mb from airtel. I am on club 10 and I recharge N200 airtime hoping for my 15mb to boost my bis expiring date to 6th which state it will expire tomorrow 3rd of September, it’s getting to 48hours now, and i have not received. I try the costumer care line and is not connecting.

Wait oh. I use to received frequent sms from club 10 but not anymore. Does the club 10 still exist? I though we have airtel agent in here.

Don't mind Airtel. They don't give any 15mb. They give only 10.

is like they finally cancel the free mb on club 10. or maybe reduce the time base duration from 7days

The tinz is still exist; i got mine, wen i loaded a card, but most of d time after you've loaded a card, u may not give instantly, which you have to call costormer care b4 u are given.
But as 4 me, i'm somtime receive free 15mb nd it will last 4 one week without load/subscrib, even till nw.
