you cant post on the home page. its left to the admin to decide which topics make the home page.

There are two ways you can actually do this, viz

1. Click on reply, and then click on 'quote comment' on the particular comment you want to quote.

2. Copy the comment you want to quote, and then imbed it between [ quote]'comment goes in here'[/ quote].
[quote][/quote]
