A cyber cafe located in Lagos require the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
She is in charge of the front desk/reception
Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
Handling general enquires and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
Data management activities

Qualification and requirements:
Good communication skills
Energetic and dynamic
1 year experience
Minimum of SSCE
Must have a certificate from training in desktop publishing
Must reside in or around ikeja/marryland area of Lagos
