The young able-bodied man who is believed to be homeless, jumped from the Brooklyn bridge at about 5 p.m yesterday. The distraught man who is about 29-year-old man could be seen removing his cloth with aim to jump off the bridge to his death but was later rescued by Manhattan local council officials who were alerted of the situation and quickly responded to rescue him

Cop sources said the man, who is believed to be homeless, was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries but his name was not released.

I wonder what could have made an able-bodied man who resides in richest and most powerful country in the world...what would people in this part of the world where millions live on lower than $1 a day
