It's actually selecting phone because it works on my nokia x2-05(java) but it doesn't work on my nokia e63(symbian)

I received the upgrade msg bt i tried to upgrade it on my nokia c3 bt it got disconnected along d line. So, i went back to 2go.co.za bt it was telling me no service. Pls wat do i do?
