You can go to any country that has Lithuanian Embassy. You do not need their residence permit to apply in the country of ur choice?

I uploaded my bsc certificate, transcript, CV, data page of my passport, proof of payment of application fee

I don't really knw abt that, but I know you will apply for your TRP together with your visa, the visa takes two weeks to be out but TRP takes 3 months

yes I have gotten admission, am yet to get my certificate from skvc, they asked for certificate confirmation and verification which my school sent to them last week
