While colleges are raking in millions of dollars by exploiting college athletes, these athletes are on the receiving end, only receiving scholarships (and perhaps free board and lodging) to compensate for their hard work and ethics. Some could be sidelined, thus ending a promising dream of being a professional athlete. The argument one might bring up is that colleges are a stepping board to being drafted into the NFL or NBA, so these athletes shouldnt complain, rather, they should appreciate the fact that these colleges have given them exposure of being drafted which would have been impossible if they did not attend college. But I disagree, this scenario is a reflection of the adage, "Monkey dey work, baboon dey chop."

What do you think? I am of the view that it's only college athletes should be paid for their sweat.
