There are few keywords like "bomb", "chemical", "weapons" etc that are considered a terror threat, so please what exactly are the words that made the statement a terror threat? Looking back at 9/11, there were several events on that day and not just the hijacking of the plane. He could have inferred about anything, doesn't quantify the statement a terror "threat". He hasn't threatened anyone nor the U.S., he only made a statement. I hope you understand the difference.

What you don't understand is the FBI do not wait for those words you mentioned above to identify a terror threat.... First of, he worked at the airport as a TSA, second making 2 calls to the airport for evacuations, thirdly the seven page letter package he left crowned it all....
