TO JUSTIFY MY ASSERTION

If I have 1 naira and someone collects it from me(-1)...and he still gives it back to me(+1), I will still be left with the 1 naira(+1)

However,with the little knowledge I had during my year1 philosophy 101,an assertion can be true or false

olu070706: I do not think this is about mathematics simpliciter, I think it is more like if you take money to invest, that is -1, when you make profit, it is +1. But +1 cannot come without -1, that is, without investment, there is no profit or gain.

Secondly, it looks also like when you remove one person from an employment and employ another person, you end up with the same expense, no economic loss. That is, -1+1=0

IMO though.
