Babzilla: B4 U GO TO NATIONAL HOSPITAL WRITE UR WILL
FOR MANY GO AND FEW RETURN

Its true . Especially poor people hardly go to National hospital and return.
The staff give special attention to rich people.

My issue with abuja clinics is that they usually have a lot of patients and not enough doctors on call, usually only one or two. Also, my daughter was seriously ill sometime and the doctoor wanted to place her on admission but all the wards were full.
She had arecurring case of malaria that kept us going back every 2 months until we sWitched to Zankli hospitals where they immediately put her on admission and seriously dealth with the malaria. It hasn't been back for over a year now, she hasn't been sick since.
Also the drugs these our hospitals stOck are local and poor quality, most oif the time, we have to buy better ones from pharmarcies.

Before I forget, I gave birth to my first kid in abuja clinics and I almost died there o, I had a better birthing experience at zankli. Professionally I prefer Zankli but the wards and toilets aren't neat at all. While infrastructure wise, abua clinics has got equipments.
Now am expecting my third kid and am with Nisa Premier, so far it looks promising, I think I prefer them to Abuja clinics.

Thanks to the able Dr G and staff at the male surgical ward of National Hospital,my daddy is alive today after months of hospitalization.
we will always be grateful to that Hospital
we had our moments of frustrations too with the Nigerian factor but generally it was good
constant water and electricity, refrigerator in the room
The food was very nutritious also, thanks to the caring catering department
cost us millions and millions but it was worth it
Daddy's life was saved
Keep up the good works

Re: 5 Abuja Hospitals You Should Know About by tunwe(m): 1:08am On Sep 25, 2013
@op, this is a poor report. How do you determine the hospital is good or not? Just the cost and customer relationship? Well, i would have like to known the types of special units/departments they have. And the types of therapeutic and diagnostic equipments they have. For example, dialysis units equipments types. Radiologic scanning equipments types (cat-scan, mri-scanners) if available. And other durable medical equipments for life preservations and saving. Like defibrilators, ventilators etc. This will give a better picture of the state of the hospital than your subjective judgement. If you don't know, just show or post the photo of the interior equipments.

Re: 5 Abuja Hospitals You Should Know About by biafranqueen: 7:30am On Sep 25, 2013
This is amazing then how come my friends and family in Abuja and Lagos always go to the States to have baby or send parents for treatment. I know my cousin just paid $25,000 dollars to have baby that was just the hospital bill. My uncle could not get vis a for cancer treatment so he went to Ghana. So if these hospitals are functioning why all the medical visas Why did the leaders like Tinbu and our First Lady travel abroad for treatment undecided well let me keep it at that before insincere9gerian and Rawsick come here insulting me and telling me I'm unpatriotic and negative. They should go and take the campaign to Asorock and convince the leaders they cheerlead for to stay in the country for medical care wink

PLS WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
Re: 5 Abuja Hospitals You Should Know About by tkconcept(m): 8:15am On Sep 25, 2013
pls mentioning abuja national hospital has made nonsense of ur list. That hospital is bewitched. Everyone who goes there with an emergency hhardly makes it out alive. Not to mention other terminal ailments that can be well handled in smaller hospitals. Common hiv test mite take you two whole days before u can get ur result, by which time u wud av done thje same test and gotten ur result in two other labs or hospitals. That place needs to b supervised.
