Sometimes you may find it difficult to download an application to your android phone either due to network failure, or problems with your PLAY STORE. You can overcome this limitation by asking someone to download the app and send to your phone or download to Computer before transferring to your phone. In order to download Android apps on google play to Computer without using phone, you will need to have to have the following :

i. The latest Google Chrome Browser

ii. APK Download app
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kfa3pac5g8dzah3/apk-downloader-1.5.0.crx
OR
http://www.mediafire.com/download/6trv6ghrk4id44i/apk-downloader-1.5.0.crx

iii. Your Android phone's device ID.
Dial this number in your Android phone *#*#8255#*#*
Scroll to where you see JID:youremail address/android-321ay34...
Where the "android" stops, the whole number that follows is your device number.

Installing the Downloader
1. Install Google Chrome on your Computer/Laptop.
2. Click on SETTINGS in Google Chrome ( Click on that small icon at the top right hand corner. I have marked it with a red circle in the pic below)

3. Click on EXTENSIONS. Click and hold on the apk file you downloaded in step iii above, DRAG and DROP it into the Extension. It will ask you a question, Add "APK Downloader"? Click on ADD
4. Close your browser and Open it again, type https://play.google.com
5. When you search and find any application you want to download, check and you will see a small box appear at the top right hand corner. Just click the icon.

6. When you Click on the the small download icon, you may be asked to login by typing your gmail, password and Device ID. Input them and continue. You will see that the apk will start downloading. That's all .
