By MaktoubPlus.com After a keenly contested event, 21-year-old Onwuka Irene, a graduate of Imo State University has emerged winner of the 2013 Miss Ambassador For Peace pageant. Representing Abia State, Onwuka beat the other contestants in the finals of the pageant which took place at the Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel Abuja on Saturday 21st September 2013.
