PARTICIPATION-
All chess players that have paid the entry fee and has paid participation email containing the tournament entry form are allowed to play in the tournament.

accomodation, feeding and local transportation (from airport to hotel, hotel to playing venue and back) will be provided for invited players only , any other player coming for the event will be responsible for his/her accomodation.

PLAYING SYSTEM/RATE OF PLAY
7 rounds Swiss 90 minutes first 40 moves, 30 minutes for the remaining with 30 seconds increment from move one.

Sofia rules applies Players are not allowed to offer draws to their opponent before 30 moves has been completed by both players
