Hopkins clarifies the definition of daughter in
West Virginia law;
According to state law, a daughter is the natural
daughter of a person's husband or wife -- and
Nicholas is still married to Jarrett's mother,
Hopkins said.
The two were charged with seven counts of
incest, which under West Virginia law carried a
penalty of anywhere between five and fifteen
years in prison.
