Hi Jango97, I would suggest you run some hormone profile test to see if there are low levels of testosterone, having done this, a specialist can advise further. Meanwhile try Dr Quick formula, 4 bottles for 90 days. It should help and you can review progress say after 6 wks. Giving up is a no no situation even though its difficult. I understand you may be feeling down after trying several medications but would be glad if my hubby had at least 4mil.
Why don't you try iui with that number. That's another option i think you can take.
We have been battling azospermia for years now and even been in a situation where no sperm was found after egg retrieval(ivf)
But the good news is that my husband's hormones are now balanced as this had been the issue for years. He took fertiaid with count boost and I think it helped balance the hormones. Another thing that he did was loosing weight, cutting down on carbs, taking more of fruits and vegetables with taking no sugar and processed foods.
Would like to know if there is any other thing than can help with sperm production. Heard of Dr. Quick but the pharmacies we checked do not have.

Yes try Dr Quick herbal supplement as you have been advised it works wonder.

Am a bit on the edge here o, personally i would stick with one supplement and switch to another if there is no +ve result. I have seen a couple of trials sha but didnt follow up with results. The thing is most of ds drugs have their own side effects which we need to watch out for. Am stopping my last bottle of dr quick b4 month end irrespective.

@Church12, your motility and morphology are perfect except your sperm count that need to be boosted.Thank God you are infection free.I will suggest you see an urologist for drug description or you can try some of the fertility drugs like Addyzoa,Fertisan m,Manix, and also eat healthy by eating fertility friendly foods.
You are good to go if you can do all this and if your wife is in good shape of health.Better still,take your time to read through the previous messages here.

Yolemum,I will not advice you mix the Dr Quick treatment with Fertisan m.It is not friendly when it has to do with fertility.It is more like you mixing herbs with orthodox medicine.Make sure you finish the Dr Quick and go for check up to ascertain if there is any improvement before you even order for Fertisan M.

I will suggest you concentrate on a supplement first expecially Dr Quick you are presently on, besides i once asked the Dr he said they dont like people combining other drugs with theirs.

@Yolemum,what the experience mamas and papas here advised you is right. finish Dr quick first and i believe it works perfect in sperm counts infact test after 6weeks the result will be amazing,though you can take vitamins like Vit c and E as i asked dr in charge he said vitamins are ok. then when no improvement switch to fertilsan m which i also heard it has good review. we shall all give testemonies soonest

From what I can see your result is perfect.Ur count is incredibly good while morphology and motility are above average.U are good just dat ur volume is low....but the volume is not an issue at all.How many days of abstinence gave this?

i think all ur parametera are good but for the count.u can try Fertilaid with Count boost or Fetilsam M.if u dnt ve so much cash in hand pls go for wellman products.it just ur count u really need some work on and i believe with any of dese under 3 months, u shud be finw.

@peterjamesdan,your SA result is very good,above average like mumemma said but i advise you cut off sugar,cabohydrate, and add fruits and vegetables to ur meal. it will help alot.try it for just a month you will see results.you also said your wife remaining left tube is block? what are you doing abt that blc i think that shld be ur concern now since you are ok. for erectile dysfunction one of the causes is too much sugar,and also take away your mind from it during fun play with your wife. you might not necessary need supplement blc u have a good SA result

You can get wellman from any standard pharmacy for about 2500. Fertilaid is like 8000 for a month supply...you can check from a standard pharmacy too...for Fertilsam its not sold in Nigeria. I ll post you the site you can shop from. I suggest we limit with wellman while you work on your nutirition for a while....

U may wish to explore using herbs first.
Serrapeptase n guifei bao are known to unblock tubes...works within 1 to 6months.
Lap surgery is 50.50...it may end up causing more scarring.

what dose of serrapeptase is she taking?....hope upto 500,000 cummulative daily?
the guifei bao, she may use 1 cycle to agreesively try the guifei bao, n not attempt to concieve, ie use 3 to 5 sticks of gueifei bao,
note the errapeptase n guifei bao maytake upto 3months or even 6months to clear the blocked tubes.

2ndly, u may consider trying the local-ijaw women, the genuie ones has some degree of succes in unblocking tubes.
