I received this message from DSTV this morning, I honestly don't understand why the costs should go up. Dear Subscriber, pls note increase in your DStv (Premium) subscription from 01.11.13. Your new subscription will be N11,650 per month. Thanks for your support. I mean what exactly am I paying for repeated programs, rainy day no shows. This people should take their time. This monopoly of cable is now really annoying, not like I even watch the crappy channels all the time, only natgeo, bbc knowledge, natgeo wild, the news channels finito. Annoyingly when ever the channels goes of air dstv won't add a second to it but the second the subscriptio is over they cut u off Let PCHN do their magic then you have to wait watching the damn decoder boot. don't let me get started on their customer care all they know how to say is sorry sir we'll correct that soon only for you to call back again to hear the same phrase sorry sir bla bla bla and they have no idea what is going on for any issue. I don't like this one bit. They're not improving their services, all they know is to add more crap channels to justify increase on charges. How many of these channels can one even watch in a day sef? (that's if you're jobless, not to add phcn factor too). I hope someone break their monopoly. 20 Likes |
