Interested persons are to either visit our office address to register our agency form, or send us their email address to our service line and our agency form and how to apply would be sent to the person's provided email address, or are to simply visit our Facebook Page(www.Facebook.com/hookupgarden), Like our page and print out the form from our page(follow the info on how to apply on our Facebook page before printing out the form).

After print-out, applicants are advice to fill the application form with their complete info and add a passport photograph where it is required in the form.

After successful filling, applicant are advice to scan the form and send it back to us via our email address (cupid.hookupgarden@outlook.com) and within 72hours of getting the applicant info, a complete info/details
including phone number and address of the applicant idea sugar mummy/partner would be sent to the applicant.



REASONS FOR APPLICANTS INFORMATION:
We have been in this business for 2years now and it came to us that both the applicants and the suger mummies both needs each others info before they move on with the hookup.



PAYMENT INFO:
We charge an agency fee of 10,000 naira only.
Applicants have an option of paying 50percent of the agency fee before been hookup with applicant idea sugar mummy/partner and the balance should be payed in not more than 48hours after we have giving the applicants the info of their idea sugar mummy/partner (Visit our Office, or Facebook Page, or Call our service line to get our account details for paying in).

Note that the first payment must be paid after the filling of the agency form by the applicant and the applicants payment depositor slip should be scanned and send to us via our email address along with the agency form for payment verification purpose.
