Hello sir. as at today PVC will cost about a thousand one hundre naira. (1,100) per sq/m to lay (Tile,instal mat and labour) excluding transportation.
and as for durability i can say. it will stand the test of time if well cared for.

Kitchen carbinets ,Wardrobes and the likes are part of our specialities using Mdf boards. (waterproof and otherwise )

Sir, we charge based on size and design.but the average window with modest design will cost about 4,000.

How come there is ceiling fan on that POP? I thot I was told that ceiling fan does not come on POP.Pls I Ned clarification

constrution of kitchen carbinets/ Wardrobes of various designs as specified by clients from the scratch to finish using hard wood. or other materials like MDF or ADF. some of which are water freindly depending on where they will be used.

Mr davinch sir,thanks for your compliments. it is not that we are a jack of all trades but we are into house finishing generally and we are able to work any where our clients want as long as we reach an agreement . As for the ceiling,fan it is hanging on the screeded deck and not on p o p boards.

Sir. the 4k is for Labour alone you will have to provide us with cement and every other material .
As for the mearsurement you have every one will go for 4k except the 600*600 that will be 3.5k.
