The second picture simply shows a country man under a pedestrian bridge planning to cross the busy road while animals are making use of the bridge.

They need to start tracing these zombies via dia receipt and charging them for littering.

We do see those signs on "pure water" sachet and other things like that yet we stil have them around us. My argument is that,we just have this non chalant attitude that we take almost everything for granted.

I think we Nigerians need to orientate ourselves, ds abnormality is turning to norm is our poor country.

In Nigeria, anything goes. The people need a serious re-orientation. Funnily enough, overseas in the western world, Nigerians learn to behave themselves to a given extent but in Nigeria, it is a different story.
