i was called by phillips consulting for interview early sept, i heard they were recruiting for union bank but since then i have not heard from them,pls help with more info

Part of the reasons I asked for the role is to advice to my little best.

1. Digest your CV and be able to defend your experience.
2. Try qnd know few things about the bank and why u will want to leave your current bank for them.
3. They are going through transformation, what can you bring to the table inform of innovation.
4. You expected salary/level and to what extent are they negotiable.
5. Prepare for some scenario questions depending on your role.
