B. DEPARTMENT: BRANCH OPERATIONS.
Location: Benin, Iorin and Ibadan.

1. BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGERS
Requirements.
• 1st degree or HND in any discipline.
• Additional professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, (GH) , ACIB, or Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years in Branch Operations with hands – on experience in Cash, Funds transfer/Clearing, Customer Service.
• Leadership/ Managerial skill.
• Effective communication and human relations skills.
• Strong GL Management and Accounting skills.
• Good knowledge of Branch Management.

2. CASH OFFICERS.
Requirements.
o 1st degree or HND in any discipline.
o Minimum of 5 years in Branch Operations as a Cash Officer, Teller, Funds transfer/Clearing Officer and Customer Service Officer.
o Supervisory skills.
o Effective communication, Human Relations and Customer Management skills.
o Strong GL Management and Accounting skills.
o Good knowledge of Branch Management.

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS.
Requirements.
o 1st degree or HND in any discipline
o Minimum of 5 years in Branch Operations as a Cash Officer, Teller, Funds transfer/Clearing Officer and Customer Service Officer.
o Effective Human Relations and Customer Management skills.
o Effective communication skills (oral, listening and written)
o Deep understanding of operations principles and concepts.

4. FUNDS TRANSFER/CLEARING OFFICERS.
Requirements.
• 1st degree or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in Branch Operations as a Teller, Funds transfer/Clearing Officer and Customer Service Officer.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Effective communication, Human Relations and Customer Management skills.
• Strong GL Management and Accounting skills.
• Good knowledge of Branch Management.
• Good understanding of Clearing House Rules.

C. PROJECT OFFICERS (ARCHITECTS).
Location: Lagos.
Requirements.
o 1st degree or HND in any discipline
o Minimum of 5 years experience in a recognized Architectural or Construction firm.
o Sound architectural/design skills.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Excellent interpersonal relations.
o Strong analytical and conceptual ability.
o Strong negotiation skills.

D. ELECTRONIC BANKING.
Location: Nationwide.

i) MANAGER – SENIOR MANAGER
Requirements.
o 1st degree or HND in any discipline.
o Additional professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, (GH) , ACIB, or Master’s degree will be an advantage.
o Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in the banking industry.
o 5 years in e business environment (Technical and Commercial experience) of which 3 years must be at a management level.
o Not more than 42 years old.
