Please do not get drained by junks posted online. BMW 760Li meant for American market come with 245/50/R18 or 255/35/R18 standard. The tires on the BMW you posted are not even up to 265/55/R18. As for the run flat tires, you can easily order few tires for your Kia Optima from Tire Rack or any tire merchant, no big deal.
