Killer body weight exercise

10 one legged squats – each side
[warning super-difficult, only attempt if
you in good enough shape]
20 body weight squats
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
20 jump step-ups (10 each leg)
10 pull ups [or inverted body weight rows
using your kitchen table]
10 dips – bar stools
10 chin ups [or inverted body weight rows
with underhand grip]
10 push ups
30 second plank

I am coming to love body weight exercises...

It really engages the butt and leg muscles though pretty difficult

Im not exactly a body builder, I'm a runner/jogger. Minium of 90 minutes a day, 4 times a week. I do it for the rush of adrenaline i get afterwards..(i think I'm addicted to the rush).and on the upside it keeps me really toned and fit.

thought body building was about more than just "being fit" Thought it had to do with looks as well?

Ya definitely the looks are very important...but your fitness level should be your primary concern
you could actually look good without being fit but it is almost impossible to be fit without looking good

Totally, fitness is most important. Looks is just a bonus though that's the primary aim of some.

i know very little of body building but my body needs some work. am the tall and slim type. reading through this tread to figure how to start, what to eat, what to do .. . . . requires an interpreter.
can somebody please just lay down a list of what he or she is sure will work for me.

I have to start somewhere. . . like anywhere!!

U don't need cratine if u working for abbs. Just need abdominal sit ups. Cratine only gives strength to workout for hours.

BOSS! I was looking for your comment on here. You are the REAL GYM Iyke! cheesy Your muscle can deflect a nuclear missile. shocked If you say i should leave NL i will pack my bags and go. Cold, bro, your muscles give me nightmare since the first day i saw your profile. embarassed I bet you can kill a goat with slap. angry

Professor D, that picture (if you) looks good. (#AbsolutelyNoHomo).. Your muscles and ridges are moderate, nothing out of proportion. Just the way i had aspired to look if i had continued my work-out routine.

Introduction Anuoluwap on this one.
My very type of thread k, I'm an addict when it comes to body building. I don't know about all these sources of food you've been mentioning. I just eat what's available in the right proportion, I do local fitness exercise I don't go to gym or lifting weights.
I can do over 50press up, over 100 push up. Having my complete six-packs(last two never show well well lol ^_^)
