Please fellow Nairalanders, I saw this advert on Punch NewsPaper and was wondering how the NCC is planning to help close down Cyber Cafes operating in this Country. Everybody that walks into a cafe would have to produce confidential details before accessing their services. My candid thinking is that this would make more people to reduce their going to cafes and further affect owners of Cyber Cafe business. Please what do you think?

Its just a mere policy that can't be implemented cos no cyber cafe owner will follow such policy. Let NCC go to ell |
