Do you have a full plot of land in a gated estate? Or a fenced plot (even if partially) in a community that is developing (habitable in the next 12-18months). Does the land have valid documents such as surveys, gazzette, and deeds of assignments? Is it pure dry land?

Or do you already own a plot (that fits the above description) and would like to sell half of it?
